“Super friendly staff, went out of their way to accommodate us with storing our things. Check-in process so simple, made a reservation online at their website, received a call that day and they even completed the process over the phone making the move-in day less stressful. The building is so convenient to downtown and with their loading dock, moving stuff inside was easy, straight off the truck and into the building. There is a self-service kiosk for checking in and making payments which we did not take advantage of but still very cool. We shopped around a bit and found their prices to be very competitive even though they are right downtown. Highly recommend and feel great about our choice..”
